Welcome to Casa Alessandra

Welcome to Arsicci in Tuscany in the province of Arezzo, between the mountain Fumaiolo with the sources of Tiber and the natural park of the Alpe della Luna, in the border triangle between Tuscany, Romagna and Marche.
Arsicci is a small Apennine village: a core of old stone houses, forests, meadows, the air of a mile above sea level, the tranquillity. Here live just a dozen people in a few homes.
The next place is Badia Tedalda, to their municipality Arsicci belongs, some 10 km away. Pieve Santo Stefano, the City of Diary, lies about 13 km far on the track.
Sansepolcro, the native city of Piero della Francesca, is 20 km away, the medieval Anghiari, famous for the lost da Vinci fresco of the Battle and the convent of La Verna, the sacred hermitage of St. Francis are both only 32 km far, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, are about a half hour, Florence, about 2 hours by car
