Practical advice for a pleasant stay
Electricity: the house has a limited capacity. If too many appliances are used at the same time the electricity will cut off. You can find the fuse box on the external south facing wall of the house. If necessary ask Signora Giuseppina.
It is advised to turn on the hot water boiler in the kitchen only 15-20 minutes before use. Please remember to then turn it off after use.
Flooring: the floor is made of terracotta tiles. It has been specially treated and it must be cleaned eventually with WATER ONLY.
Parking: please use the courtyard at the rear of the property.
Laundry: a clothing line is provided in the above courtyard. If you have clothes to wash ask Signora Giuseppina, she can do it for you.
