Rent
We rent Casa Alessandra from Mai to September
Weekly charge (2-3 People) included change of laundry (sheets and towels),water and electricity.
Not included: final cleaning (€ 50,-), fire wood (if requested)
May – June – September € 290
July and August € 350
Booking and payments
The week is normally calculated from Saturday to Saturday.
It is however possible to arrive/depart on different days (in agreement with the owner)
Arrival after 3 p.m. on the first day
The house must be left vacant before 11 a.m.
To confirm a booking pls. send € 100 /week.
The balance + € 50.- (cleaning fees) should be sent within 2 weeks from the date of arrival.
At your arrival you can obtain the keys from Signora Giuseppina (the neighbour) . You will give her a cautionary deposit of € 150,00 which will be returned on your departure, after the keys have been returned and a quick inspection of the house has been carried on.
